Neil Tully Associates is a small team of urban designers, landscape architects and horticulturalists, based in central London and operating throughout the UK and overseas. Neil has over 20 years experience in environmental consultancy and has been responsible for delivering significant landmark schemes both in the UK and abroad. With a background in the environmental arts, Neil directs the masterplanning and visual hallmark of a scheme proposal and is specialised in planning negotiation and documentation.
