Small Projects

NTA have recently completed a series of smaller landscape projects for a variety of commercial and local authority clients.

Loves Farm St. Neots

Set to the east of the main town and intercity railway track, Loves Farm is being developed by Gallagher Estates as a medium density, mixed use, urban extension. It comprises approximately 1200 new homes, a new school, a town square, commercial centre and a greened park network. NTA are undertaking landscape masterplanning and parkland creation and will be overseeing the implementation of the landscape infrastructure.

Poole Power Station Dorset

The regeneration of the demolished power station site in the Holes Bay area of Poole harbour has created an exciting opportunity to design a unique high density urban village. The nearby RAMSAR site and the requirements of linkages to the existing residential matrix will require well considered responses to the streetscape and urban spaces, and the manner in which these address the surrounding landscape.

Polegate

The Dittons Road site in Polegate is a sustainable town extension providing employment, and residential elements set in an edge of town location and surrounded by protected Ancient Woodland.

Wixams Bedfordshire

Providing a sustainable landscape setting for a new settlement to the south of Bedford.

Arbury Park Cambridge

NTA are developing the landscape masterplan of this significant city extension to provide an environment that is sensitively matched to the high Density of the surrounding urban form.

When completed, Arbury Park will include offices mixed used leisure and commercial areas, a school, playing fields and urban parks and gardens. The residential units are based on a high density module and will be of mixed tenure in line with current governmental guidance.
